I have been away from this forum for quite some time so naturally I was not only shocked but very upset to see the news that our very special friend David had passed away. Jim and I have known David for the 5 years he has been in Playa-always with a smile and an interesting story or two. We last saw David in September and although we thought he did not look well we also knew that he was a fighter.

In a few days will be the one year annniversary of the passing of another friend Marshall. We miss you Marshall, please take care of oour little buddy David!!!

I had the good fortune to meet Dave at the Bkue Parrot a few years back. I was able to spend a few hours chatting at the bar with him. Then I ran into him on another trip and got to have a few more drinks with him. He was a very nice person and got some good tips about the area from him Sorry to hear of his passing.

My name is Elke and I am friends with Dave's Family. They just found this web site and just learned of his passing. Please let me know as much information concerning his passing and location of any burial that may be.

I was very sad to hear that Dave is gone. I knew him as a very gentle and nice guy trying to live life and enjoying it the best he could.
He often came arround for a drink and a talk (beach bucket, cavalova) where I used to work.

May You rest in Peace Dave and to friends and family I wish you strength.

I am so touched by all the love and warmth Dave had recieved by so many. I am a very close friend to Dave's immeadiate family and want to help. They just recently found this site and found out about Dave's passing. However all they know is what is posted here-
Please contact me with any information you have or can lead me in the right direction to getting additional information to his family.
