I wish the air temp was 81F. Great pictures! I guess I'll live vicariously through your camera lens for a few more months.

Great shots, thanks for sharing them. We have been looking for info re reefs, and how the coral fared during the hurricane, most reports seem to be that it is not as bad as first feared. Would you agree? Any news on reefs near Cozumel? or good links to check?

Fabulous pics, James. Mahhhvelous. I love snorkeling. Never learned to dive. Still trying to figure out what I'm gonna use next summer when I'm there. There is no housing available for my digital camera. Alas!

Wow, those are some pricey housings! None for my camera though (maybe if I did more searching). I dunno though, I'd be pretty nervous about putting my 20D underwater in case of a leak...that'd be a lot of coin down the drain!

Great photos, James. I'm sensing an avatar change:

James, didn't you you hide behind a scuba mask in a previous avatar?

Great pics James....

2 weeks ago I went diving.... Water temeperature: 10° C (surface) to 8.5° C (bottom), air temperature: 2° C... and I was wearing a wetsuit! Now I'm waiting for the dry suit I've ordered, but I'm really looking forward to coming back to Playa!

Great pics I'm even jealous of the quality, but I do think that you should think of putting something on your forehead, way too shiny. This could cause barracuda to be attracted to ya, but then that may be what you want just to get good pictures.

So Mitch and I went diving this morning with Jason from Fantasea (coming soon to a PDC Directory near you) and had one of those memorable days. There were only four of us, three being instructors, and Jason's girlfriend.
Jason & Froukje are our neighbors at Los Lirios. Great people, and good to her that they will be in the PDC Directory, along with us part timers and owners at Los Lirios Condominiums.
