Right.

We made the decision to get up into the mountains more this winter, with the kids, and that requires more driving, and more driving in the less fuel efficient CX-9. Of course generally speaking we'd like to pay less for everything, you know. But it would be kinda silly for us to make this decision and then complain so much about gas prices rising and to blame the current administration and so forth.

Or for example we entered a business in a situation in its field that leaves us similarly vulnerable to currency exchange rate fluctuations. But again it's not like that was a secret going in or something. Comes with the territory we chose.

If either if these issues becomes sufficiently problematic in its respective situation, well I guess we'll modify our decisions or our approach in appropriate ways to take that into account.
