Put the ham on the Brinkman smoker this morning after rubbing it down with some horseradish mustard.

I cut some chunks of apple wood off a branch I had cut off of the tree a couple of weeks ago.

Smoke is coming out of the smoker, having embraced the ham on the way out.

I think this is going to taste all right. Will have some roasted veggies with it.
