Personally, I prefer to book through a travel agent. I am currently booked with an Apple package, booked through her (the incomparable Shammy).
I love the personalized service, and the confidence in knowing that I can speed dial her on my cell if there are any issues or concerns. Travel agent all the way for me, but I do like the Apple packages too.
Best of both worlds, really.
