don't need to "have" PayPal, just a credit card. nothing to join. Our payment gateway is not run by crooks, and I don't appreciate the comment.

paypal is crooks........not you.
they have allowed someone to steal over $650 usd from me. my account they screwed up..........paypal and i have been thru every thing accept court so far. i know i am in the right...collection agency called asked my side of story. researched it themselves. and sent the claim back to paypal.
even the collection agency knows i am in the right.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience, but isolated bad experiences don't mean PayPal is run by crooks. It's the safest and most reliable credit card payment gateway available for online business, trusted by some of the largest companies in the world.

In the past I've heard of hackers who try to pretend to be PayPal to get clients to reveal secure information about their PayPal account. PayPal will never ask you to reveal your account information in that manner.

We've used PayPal for several years with no problems, and we disagree with your irresponsible blanket statement about PayPal being crooks.

this was paypal.........not someone else......its going on 9 months now.
i had used them since 97 until 04/05. i was in pdc. when i got back i had a email said they needed an immediate response. said mine repsonse was too late. sorry i was on vacation wasnt good enough. i have spoke with many employees there. paypal to me is crooked. everyone is entitled opinions. this is my opinion only dealing with paypal.........i am sure that most have never had and never will have a problem

by that logic, every financial institute in the world must be run by crooks because they all have dispute departments.

we've seen hundreds of thousands of dollars pass through PayPal without incident. if they're crooks, they are pretty bad ones.

you probably got phished or spoofed. that could happen with any online system, which totally sucks, sorry to hear about that.
