Il like Como Como, Il Pescatore ( ileana ) and if you wat home made italian, and VERY well priced, go to CENTRO ITALIANO just off tenth and with 26th; it served brekkie ( nuthin special) and lunch until 4-5 pm. Laura, the cook, is italian and one of the best cooks in playa, in my advice.
she changes menu every day, cooks everything herself ( hand made ravioli, pasta, etc etc) and does only pure, real italian dishes just like you would eat in italy
the prices are packages, for lunch you can have the equivalent of
" comida corrida" for 80 pesos: salad and bruschetta as starter, one main dish ( can be pasta or meat, ALL delicious) and a small bottle of water. I'm not sure if coffee is included, but its 15 pesos for the espresso, a good price
Its a really good deal and really good food, if you like home made italian
