Most of your info is incorrect but will not elaborate at this time as I am in Panama City Beach at the moment and will head for Orlando Saturday for four days before returning home to Playa. Insurance?? Valid registration?? Plates?? Where are you getting your info??????????????

I am shipping a car out manana from Panama City (Linea Peninsular Shipping). Got my Temp. Import Sticker at The MX Consulate (Banjercito) in Austin, TX last week which took me all of 10 minutes (at most). Will pick up car in Progresso using a freight forwarder.

As far as Belize, The Duty Free Zone ain't really Belize. Some people call it No Man's Land. Title can just be signed over at Aduana at MX border.
I was just there 3 weeks ago. It all can be done legally.
