So I live in Playa and work from home over the internet for a German company. Being in the pad 24/7 is driving the misses nuts, and the caffeine hit from working in starbucks is unsustainable! So I had an idea. If there are a group of folk who do what I do (work from home, or over the internet, or are starting up a small business) in Playa, how about renting a low-cost appartment or office, fit it out with the basics, internet, furniture... and provide a simple place to work where caffeine-related heart attacks are optional rather than obligatory!

Costs would be shared, we wouldn't make money from it. It would just be mutually beneficial. So I'm just putting the feelers out here: I don't even know if there would be demand for something like this in Playa! Let me know!
