Linda,
I'm sorry my pictures won't be ready before you go. But, then again, you'll see everything for yourself very soon.
I'll be interested to hear how your week goes. And I want to know if your housekeeper has the same weird obsession with the bedspreads as ours did. Did I mention that before? Every day he would come through and make the beds while he cleaned. Then every night, someone would take the bedspread off and fold/roll it up when they turned down the beds. Then my friend and I would put it right back on the bed. It kind of turned into a game. Hmmm...where will we find it tonight? In the closet, on the chairs, hidden in the corner....
Again, the biggest annoyance of the week for me was getting to and from PDC. There was just a lot of hurry up and wait time for transportation, especially for the bus to take you back at night (they don't run on schedule very well because they stop wherever anyone needs them. And once the Mayab stops at the bus station, it's only there for 5-10 minutes).
I'll check back late this afternoon when I get up for work (yup, I'm a night-shifter) to see if there's anything else I can help you with.
Katrina
P.S. If you are not using a passport as your ID, don't forget to take your birth certificate, picture ID, and proof of change of name (marriage certificate, etc.). I'm pretty sure that's all my friend had to show.
