Anyone around Jan 18-23?? - Page 2

So-- anyone want to meet up? Date? Time? Location?

My preference would be not to do it the 18th-- our first day there. Might be an early night-- as our flight from Chicago leaves at 5:50AM. Add in the fact that we have to drive 3 hours from the Green Bay, WI area-- and that I won't be out of work until 9:30 the night before-- equals probably a somewhat early crash time.

As for locations-- Beer Bucket or La Ranita are fun. I'm staying on the north end-- and last time we were there, we ended up at Mushroom quite a bit. It's next to Babe's #2 and the new Middle Eastern place.

I'll be in the area Jan. 14th to 21st. This will be my 3rd time back. I'm staying at an A.I. again, but expect to be in town alot. I'm traveling alone as well this time, so I'm hoping to meet up with some peeps for a few cold ones and good conversation. Any day other than the 21st would be good for me.

We would love to meet for drinks one night. We will be available any night from the 15th through the 20th. Sounds like a lot of you are coming in around the 18th... should we try for the 19th?

The 19th is good for us...we're doing the Coba Treasures tour that day... Beth and Philip, are you in a bluegrass band or fans? Our best friend is Utah State Banjo champ, they have a great local BG band

Well-- I'll be with my wife-- she's about 5'5 with dark hair. I'm about 6 feet tall, average build, with short brown hair. I'll be easy to spot-- I'll be in a Necaxa (Mexican League) soccer jersey-- with BIMBO across the front of it. Always a good conversation starter when I'm wearing that shirt

(Incidentally, BIMBO is the team's sponsor-- it's a bread company)
