You can get the published rated off 5th or on north end of 5th but anywhere near Juarez and 5th/10th....they'll tell you to "find another taxi". We had that happen several times.

They charge more for the queues on 5th - it's supposed to be 5 pesos more.
And the biggest problem is that you are asking what the fare is
If you know the fare (according to the rate sheet), get in, go to your destination, get out, reach in and pay...then walk.
