Grand Coco Bay (formerly Reef Coco Beach)

My husband and I are looking to get away for a week in the next month and are looking into staying at the Grand Coco Bay. We have stayed at several all-inclusives in the area throughout the past 10 years, but he has since become more disabled (difficulty walking distances because of heart problems), that we are looking into staying at a smaller resort than we usually do, so the Coco Bay came to mind (and the price is just right)! I feel we may be giving up some luxury for convenience (less walking)...has anyone stayed there recently who can give me an update or maybe another suggestion? Thanks so much all and Happy New Year!
Jules

Ive been to the Reef Playacar in June. The Grand coco bay was the sister resort at this time and i only heared good things about it. and I know that it has really really great staff!
If you really go there please do me a big favour. they have a girl from germany in their animation staff. Her name is Franziska. Please give her a big hug from me (Karina, her friend from Germany) and tell her that I miss her!
that would be soo nice!
have a great time in playa!!!

I was at the Reef coco beach a year ago and am looking at going back. It is a small resort and what you loose on the variety of food you make up on the convienence. I have airfare booked already and I will be looking to book there again. Does anyone know their website? it's not the reef anymore. If you have any specific questions please e-mail me @ mikehansol@yahoo.ca and I will e-mail you back with my regular e-mail. I don't want to post my regular e-mail because I will get too much spam.
