I've gained 7 pounds since the night before my 70.3 on Sunday.

That's even outside the normal margin of error I give my scale at home.
I think my body went into panic mode and has stored everything since race day.
Going to do a light bike trainer session in the morning and attempt an easy run over lunch tomorrow to test out the knee.
I haven't felt any pain or soreness since race day but I've completely avoided impact work on it all week and have iced religiously.
