Also checked out the engineers, architects, and artists store on Calle 8 just catty-corner south-west from Walmart (not on the corner, but about 100 feet west of the corner) recommended by Ninjacita - carries lots of supplies, including water-colors/gouche (Van Gogh brand in tubes - and oils, too) - sorry didn't check the brand name at Academika.
