daylight savings time change

Does PDC participate in daylight savings? It will take place while we are there. I have always thought PDC was one hour behind Michigan but a web cam shows two hours behind. However, the web cam isn't the playa.info cam so not sure if I should trust it.

Well the web cam must have the wrong time on it because I found that Playa does participate, so it shouldn't show two hours behind my time (only one).

Apparently the time is off on the cam. I hope we have a dependable cam up soon.
