Xel-Ha or Xcaret?
We are going with our 2 kids (1o &7) to the Barcelo Colonial in June just wondering which is the preferred trip Xel-ha or Xcaret? All I know about either of them is what I am reading off of their web sites. Thanks for any and all input!

We went to Xel-Ha last April (no kids!). Had the best time! We are going back this April with our kids(10,12and15!)! We saw lots of kids there! I would go to the review section and see what other people have said about Excaret and Xel-ha! We have never been to Ecaret sorry!

If you are into snorkeling and/or water activities then Xel-Ha is the place to go. Xcaret is like a theme park with more activites to do and a great night show. However, my wife and I prefer Xel-Ha and I am sure your kids would have a great time there.
