Prices on GC

I went to Sam's the other day and decided I'd better check out the prices and maybe buy some Gran Centenario, since Ron's expecting me to bring some to the NWPM this summer. Not knowing which type he expected, I bought both, since it won't hurt to have some on hand here for guests as well (don't all show up at once, okay?) CG AÑEJO costs $128 pesos a bottle and REPOSADO costs $236 pesos a bottle. So, are those good prices or can they be found better elsewhere? How much does it cost in the states, btw?

So...just how much is that in USD??

the anejo is $128 pesos??? or is that the reposado???......... if it's the anejo, send me a couple of cases please

A little over $12 US and a little over $22 US, I would say.
Cheap in my book.

yea...me too! Guess I thought this stuff was more expensive...I don't know much about tequila.

Oops... did I get that backwards?

EDIT: Yes I did... sorry! Reposado is $12ish US and Anejo is $23ish US.

I think the Anejo was a little over $40 (usd) per bottle at a liquor store around here. So $23 is definitely good.

Factoring in price and taste GC is one of my favorite tequilas. The Plata for drinks and Reposado for sipping.

Wow, that is a good price, BevMo has the Reposado for $44, and the Anejo for $52!
