Rain....and more rain...and then some more

It has rained 23 out of the last 24 days.

Bout time to get to boat-building.

Or Riviera Maya -moving - small house, couple of rental units connected to it to throw off some income - couple of goats in the yard to keep the vegetation down - yeah, that's the ticket.

We have a couple of goat herds for rent in these parts - they go on a property and clear it of stuff like blackberry vines, ivy and all kinds of aggressive, invasive plants. Far cheaper than hiring people to do it.

And those goats go to the bathroom, too?

And you could still manage your investments from your Apple Mac, isn't it?

What are you waiting for? Retirement?!

Worst part is that it's expected to rain for the next week and a half too We've had 25 inches in those 24 days .

I'll be there next month, hopefully for a good many years to come. I need people with the patience to listen to me...
