Yeah, I really miss all my friends on here... Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), my practice has EXPLODED these past few months and I just haven't had the "play" time that I used to!

Good news is I've hired some new people to help out so I'll have more play time coming up (I hope). As I mentioned in another post, Mrs. StewartG and I are planning at least two trips to PDC before the fall and I'm about to be scuba certified as well, so I may come down for a dive trip or two as well (time, money and Mrs. StewartG permitting).

So how are things in MN? (Beside being cold?)

I think Aca Los Tacos has some inexpensive and excellent tacos as well. It's on the corner of 5th Ave. and Constituyendes.

you must have missed the What's your temp thread today - it's almost 50 here!! Other than that we're just counting the days until we're in Playa...I think it's 28

See around soon!

Coolest thing about that place (besides the AWESOME) meat was the assortment of salsas they provide! The pumpkin seed salsa made me lick the bowl!

I have to give two thumbs up to Carboncitos as well. Speaking of which, what's with the one on 12th St. between 10th and 15th Ave (I think)? It never seems to be open. Having said that, the one across near Ajua is one of my favorite cheap, good taco lunches in Playa and the pumpkin sauce is, indeed, killer.

We saw a Carboncitos 3, or 3 Carboncitos when we were walking back to LUNA BLUE WOO HOO! from Wal*Mart....we thought it might have been for deliveries only. Didn't look like you can be seated there...more toward pickup or deliveries. It also had a scooter with a sign on it from the place...

Across the street from Ajua...

we spent quite a bit of time there one day (and the satff were GREAT - I WANT one of theose T-Shirts..."Eat It Like You Mean It") when it rained buckets and buckets for about an hour and a half...heaviest rain I'd ever seen in Playa and LONG, too....the dip at 14th and 5th Ave was chest deep with rain water in places...

I think that in a previous thread Heater suggested the tacos at El Pastorcito. I just tried them recently and enjoyed all the tacos that I had there.
Cuffedlinks, do you think using the slogan "Eat It Like You Mean It" could work for the Buffalo or do they have it trademarked?
