I'd doubt if it's internationally trademarked...I'd certainly check it out.

I think you could make as much $$ off the T-shirt sales as you might make in a given season selling that damn good food at Big Al's Buffalo Steakhouse...

I do occasionally sell Buffalo T-shirts. You should come to DWD for Mardi Gras - a wild time. Maybe you could set up a taco stand in the Stockade!!!!!!!!!
Does "I'd certainly check it out" mean that you are going to check it out, or more likely, you want me to check it out?

Mardi Gras...maybe.
Taco Stand...nope.

But yeah, If I were you I'd check it out...I don't know, seems like there's be a way to find out fairly harmlessly...

Hey, Now I want you to be my new marketing director so that I can just stay in Playa!!! I guess that I could try a steak taco on the menu. The guy that sings and plays guitar for me in the Stockade during the summer always tells the crowd that "You can't beat Big AL's meat - not unless you ask him". Now, would that work for a marketing slogan? Sorry to get so far off the initial thread but..............

T-shirts...yeah, you bet.
Works for Deadwood!

But you might not want to go that far elsewhere.

Those Big and Rich Street Dances you have don't hurt either...Costs you a TV or two maybe, but it's a good trade....
Saw the Bodega sign all night long on the CMT replay...

Cheap advertising. I don't know if you know that the first place in the U.S. that Big and Rich played as Big and Rich was the Buffalo Bar. Less than 3 years ago, $300/night and all the (Patron) tequila they could drink (lots and lots) + one T.V. Their song "I'm 10 tall in a 6 Foot Town" mentions my ex-T.V. Now $100,000+ for 60 minutes = probably why you will never see them play at the Buffalo again.
