That being said, I crave "real" Mexican food (or what others call Tex Mex), too!
Thank God you didn't post any pictures of the deep-dish NY/Chi/Sicilian pizza (or a real burrito, for that matter)! - I never would have made it to lunch time (only an hour-and-a-half to go - but it sure sounds great!).
