James, I going to be in PDC May 18-26. I've never been to Mexico before and I was hoping you would have your F&D section expanded before then. You see, I have no idea what is what when it comes to Mexican food and I would like to try it. Need a little help!!! Any idea if you are going to be adding to the F&D section before I get there? Thanks
By the way, GREAT SITE! |

Try our recently updated Truth on Tacos article for a start. Check out our other feature articles...the links are on the homepage.
The F&D section is going to be a listing of restaurants and nitespots. I just recently got married, so that is my most convenient excuse for not having the site finished at this point. Thanks for stopping by! |

Thanks James. I had missed that section. It is very helpful. Just one more Q. What can and can't you eat? I keep hearing to stay away from lettuce and other raw veggies that may have been washed, dairy products, and things like that. I'm not paranoid but I want to be properly informed. What is your advice?
Also, I knew you had been BUSY. I've been checking your site since you started. Congratulations and good luck and thanks. |

Hi Dale
Try our Nature and Healtharticle. I eat everything. People become ill all over the world for all sorts of reasons, but here everybody blames it on Mexico, which is not always fair. All ice and water here comes out of a garrafón, which is a big jug of water ala water cooler style. There are actually city water treatment plants here anyway. I rinse and cook with tap water, soak veggies in a mild disinfectant, and enjoy. |
