I was on the ship!!!!!

I was on the ship and there were rumors going around that we wouldn't be back home until the next high tide came in which was not for another 8 days. They shut of the water for a few hours and everyone was uptight. A lot of the people who went on the ship had never flown before and of course we had to fly back home. We had to go through imagration and everything. Besides that happeneing the trip was fun. At first they said we only had a 25% discount but too many people complained and if you call the cruise ship office they will give you 50% off of your next cruise. This was our second cruise and the last one we went on was great. We will be going on another one next year to Alaska with the same cruise line!!!!

I was on the ship!!!!!!

I was on the ship and a lot of things that people are saying are not true. It was not the captian's fault it was the Mexican Pilot's fault. We followed him into the port by law. Also I know 2 people that work on the ship and after a day or 2 after the passengers left the ship was unbeached. It's true that the last days or 2 were a nightmare with getting a plane and everything and worrying about getting home. But, the first islands were awesome. The discount is not the best, but when will this happen to you again? Do you actually think if you go on a cruise you are going to get beached? Of course I did, but I will be going on my third Carnival cruise in 2004 with my 50% discount.
