Laundry Service

We are staying at the Grand Porto Real December 7-14. Can anyone please tell me what type of laundry service they have?

My guess is that they will charge you by the piece. When I was in Playa last year (with wife and 3 kids), I went into town once and hade our laundry done. Much cheaper! I think there's a couple. The one we went to was just off 5th Ave.
