I've read here that it's better value to book tickets online before you arrive.

Few questions:

Is the all-inclusive option worth it? We'll be spending all day there, so will need lunch, snacks and drinks. Are the bars/restaurants expensive if you pay as you use them?

Is the included transport ticket good value, or can we use the local buses cheaper? We're staying at Sandos Caracol, just north of PDC.

How do you book the delphi kids sessions with dolphins? There isn't an option to book it on the website, and my two are too small for the proper dolphin swim session.

Thanks in advance

I just got back from Mexico. We went to Xel Ha and had the all inclusive. I Think that it is worth it not to worry about carrying around a ton of cash or running back and forth to your locker. I had enough on me for tips. I thought the food was a little less than desirable, but Oh well... I will be bringing my kids next year and I will get the all inclusive again... Plus we had a big rainstorm the day we were there and while we spent our last few hours in the cantina we were glad we had the all inclusive...
