Tacos Israel is also known as Tacos Jughead. The reason will be apparent when you visit there.

Now that's worth a trip there just to see what this means!
Or.... is that some sort of warning?
Or.... should I review a copy of an old "Archie" comic book?

TACOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOS!!!

8 days! I can't wait!

I think it was James that mentioned a taco stand in Puerto Aventuras, specifically commented on the shrimp tacos (our family's personal fav.) I can't remember where I read it, and it didn't make it into my notes.

Care to mention that place again James (if I'm correct that it was in fact you)?

TyK - I'll bet you're thinking of the "Pacos Tacos" thread. Has a picture of James.

cream of poblano soup

El Serape? (they have a big grill you can see from the street) on Juarez a block up from 5th Ave. has the most wonderful cream of poblano soup. We had to stop there on the way to the airport to get one more taste before we left for the states.

Had it in Cozumel and at a resturant on 4th or 6th for commida corrida

Just returned from a week at the Alhambra. Had my fix of Cream of Poblano soup at the Serape grill on Juarez. Oh man. Back in Cleveland now. 365 days till I get back. I am muy jealous that you get to spend the whole winter. Enjoy your tacos.
