Very impressive!

It's great to see the before-after difference. It seemed to have been a hell of job.

It is a beautiful remodel job. But I have to ask. Why did you decide to put the fridge in the hall way accross from the kitchen?

Wow !
Stunning.
We LOVE it...

I think utilizing the space there for your fridge was an inspired idea...

Remodel Job

Thanks for the great comments. The job was a times very stressful. I had a very good contractor who lives in Playa but is from South Carolina. I started the job right before the hurricanes so getting material, once the two storms hit, became a challenge. It's finally done and I was just in the house a few weeks ago. I still cannot believe how different the house looks inside. I am going to rent the house out from time to time. I hope to get a website sometime in the future.

Now for the refridgerator question.

I put it under the stairs and closed off that area, giving me more room in the kitchen. I have a door that I can access under the stairs for storage. Otherwise, the area was unused and since I did not tear down a wall to expand the kitchen, it gives me more room. That wall is actually a part of the kitchen area.
