AVENTURAS PALACE RESORT in JUNE 2003???
Hello! We are thinking of the Adventuras PAlace or the Royal Hideaway ...which one is better and why (whoever has been to BOTH).
Is it TOO HOT in June? Is it a rainy seaon then? What area of the resort is closest to the beach to request? THANKS, CINDY |

Aventuras Palace is not in Playa del Carmen, but in Puerto Aventuras, about 20 minutes south of here. Puerto Aventuras is just a marina, basically, and not a lot going on there. Aventura Palace is a huge resort with something like 1000 rooms. If you want an All-Inclusive, I would go with Royal Hideaway, which is smaller and more exclusive. And it's in Playacar which is a part of Playa del Carmen, so you have easy access to our charming town.

Anna is right about the Aventura Spa Palace's location, but we found it to be a fantastic resort. I've never been to the other resort, but I just got done posting part of my trip report for the Spa Palace if it will help you. If you have any other specific questions, please PM me.
