There is good a/c and a little balcony or terrace for each unit. There is a laundry and market right next to the building. It is across the street from Zanzibar hotel.

Is there not also a resort "Las Palmas" one of the original resorts of playa, right beside Shangrila on that fabulous part of the beach (well I don't know how the beach is looking right now). If that is the resort you are talking about, it looked great on a tour I took a few years back. I wanted to stay there but it was out of my price range..... Maybe one day......
