Longterm rentals and ISP
Hello all
![]() I am new to this wonderful board. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would love to move to Playa and am looking for something in the $400-700 USD per month range for a stay of 6-12 months. I do not currently have am FM-3. I must have non-aol high-speed internet acess at the place I rent for employment porposes. Is there any hope for finding such a place? I hope so.... xoxo  |

You can easily find something in that price range and rental duration. The internet access is available from Playa Wireless (my provider) in varying delivery methods based upon your location and installation and bandwidth needs. The phone company sells ADSL, but it will not be convenient to deal with Telmex for a short term contract and the equipment cannot be leased, I don't think.

thanks anna:)and another question....
Thanks for your reply
Is it possible to rent from afar or would it be better to stay in a hotel while I look for a place in person? Is an FM-3 required for all rentals? Also how much can I expect to pay for an UPLOAD speed of 256kbps?How long would it take to get set up?Is high-speed internet available throughout all of PDC? Sorry I have so many questions I'm willing to pay for answers or bring you stuff can't easily get in MX-certain foods, spices, licorish, you name it, I'll bring it
