trip this week

Booked our trip last weekend for this weekend and then of course I got sick, so sick I couldn't even sit at the computer for more than a minute or two. Head spins, could only be lying down. Still am barely hanging on and still have so much to do with less than 48 hrs. to go. Does anyone know of just one really great thread that someone posted that has all the good stuff to do and not miss, that I could just print out. We are doing AI first week and then have no reservations nothing! for second week (week of March 11-18). Someone take pity on this poor soul, small tears on my face, I have nothing ready!

I got sick just before we left...

Go to the walkin & get Antibiotics & some Ativan....mix in some Tylenol, Gravol & Advil & within a day or two you'll be new again....

Seriously.....Take care & rest...

Melissa

Go to Tulum & make sure to do the Fat Cat....

For a day on a budget....

I always go to Akumal every time that I am in Playa!

If you are going to go Tulum - which I think is another 'can't miss sight,' go to Tulum in the morning, stop by Akumal on the way back, go snorkeling at Ya-Kul and then wrap your day up with a trip to 'La Buena Vida!' - it's on the way to Ya-Kul, you can't miss it!

If you like culture, tourist activity, a few good beers and some relaxation, this is a perfect day trip!

Perfect, just what I needed! Some great links and some great idea's. I am sure they will even make more sense to me when we get down there. That was all I needed, I am going to print them out now. Now all I have to deal with is all the craziness tomorrow of last minute things, important things, like the dog and the fish and my child and so on!!!! And probably twenty other things I'll think of on the plane but I'll being really drunk and baking in the sun soon so it won't matter much... Thanks a lot again.

That's because.......

All great Minnesotans think alike!

Isn't Minnesota the best state in which to live!

Well that is, if it isn't 30 below zero with a windchill of negative 60!

Apparantly, there's some tan guy with a skimpy suit fixing a boat in the water by Mamitas that's a real crowd pleaser...

Minnesota is great, but more times than not I miss my home state of Michigan
