I know we will have to shoot for more conversation next year! Great to meet you as well!

Yes, we really liked it at the Fusion. I think the location is the best quality, but the new owners said it would be like a new hotel when we return next year. Have fun in September! Will be looking forward to a trip report!

My sentiments too Fire. I backed off on a lot of activities due to (2) 16 year old girls but it was nice meeting you anyway and a few of the others that were only introductions and not much time to talk, but at least we made a couple of presences. It was still nice being in PDC same time as the PeeP Fest was taking place! Like you said, maybe next year will be a different story!

Regarding the HH Monterrey, if we have non-beef eaters in the group, are their other items available? chicken?
Yes they also grill up boneless chicken breast and we also saw grilled chorizo.

You can also get pork...didn't see them cooking it, but did see it on the "butcher" menu. Really can't go wrong here!

Great report - loved it!!!!!
My boyfriend was particularly impressed with the food pics and is writing all the places down (was trying to get him to listen when I'was reading the instructions to the Riviera bus, but he just mumbled: "let me see the photo of that meat&mash potato thingy again" )!
I was looking at your "day two" pics.. how do you get to be that tanned on day two ??? it takes me a couple of weeks to get such tan!

A good idea! I'm so light (skin colour, not weight ) right now (long winter and all) that I probably won't need the nerak beeds to glow in the dark , my tan (or lack of it) will do that all by itself!

Wow, what a great report. I am writing all those places to eat down on paper so we can go there to eat all that awesome food, exspecially at Los Carboncitos, I can't wait. I want it NOW! The ATV tour sounds awesome too, I think my husband will be a little to big for those lines though. He's my big Teddy Bear. But, wow, looks to fun.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed the report. A few notes- Zocalo (the place with the lamb shank and truffle mashed potatoes is closed. Also, there was a "big and tall" dad on our ATV tour and he did fine
