Concerts coming up?

In exactly one month I will be fullfilling a life long dream of mine....(Okay 20 years or so)

I am going to see The Crue live in concert....

Hello Tommy Lee....Here I come....

Anybody going to any concerts in the next little while?

Our Lady Peace is coming but I have already seen them so not sure if I am going to go..

Sorry but I just can't wait to see Motley Crue live....

Motley Crue was my first concert!They were opening for Ozzy! It was great! I have seen them two other times! They put on a great show! Two weeks ago I took my daughter Sarah to her first concert! We went to see Bon Jovi! Great show also! Hope you have fun!

We bought tickets for INXS with JD Fortune but it's not until June. It'll be Jorden's first concert ever, so should be fun.

My husband however would rather stick a needle in his eye than see him....& my Crossroads Cd is missing..hmmmmmm......

It was fun! They are one of my favorites! They are going to be on Leno tonight! going My husband took me to Motley twice! He hates them and we weren't married! Just dating! Must be love!

Wooo Hooo!

Buffett tickets go on sale on Saturday AND he's coming back to Camden (NJ) AND I will actually be here in NJ rather than elsewhere as I was last year!

The tricky part however, is how to get tickets and not get shut out when the show will sell out in 2.2 seconds.

I WILL (and have) resort to begging too.

Tommygurl--you'll have a blast with the Crue! Saw them last time there were in Boston. I think that was last year. Took my brother. Had a good time--played all my favorite songs. They road the big motorcycles out on to the stage.

I caught part of the Buffet add yesterday. Didn't hear where he was.

I want Kenney Chesney tickets for this summer. They just announced the dates for the Boston area.

Remind me and I'll get online and get some too. I'm not gonna speak too soon and say that I've got good luck getting tix, so I won't!

This Friday night I'm going with my brother to see Donald Fagen (half of Steely Dan) at the Borgata in AC. We're huge Dan Fans and I missed a front row seat for opening night of this tour because I was Peep Festing. (lesseeeeee... Front Row/Peep Fest - that's a no-brainer!)

I saw Our Lady Peace YEARS ago...they opened for Sponge. That was a great concert.

Hmmm...what is coming up?

Well, we're going to see Jackass Flats on April 7th. It's a bluegrass band from here in Virginia and they are awesome. They played at a wedding we went to (family) and we've been in love since...and the boys in the band remember our son (who was just over a year old at the time) tearing up the dancefloor while they played.

My FIL has a box at the amphitheater so we get spoiled every summer...so far we know that Kenny Chesney and Toby Keith are coming and they are at the top of our list. I've seen Kenny every summer for the past four years and he's terrific and saw Toby for the first time last summer and we LOVE to see him live. I know Gretchen Wison, Brooks & Dunn, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts and Lynyrd Skynyrd are all coming, too. With my FIL he tries to accomodate everyone...so we've been very fortunate and get to see whichever shows we want.

OH...Dave Matthews Band is coming on July 4th this year...we love DMB! I've seen him every year since the 1990s and I just absolutely adore hearing them live. They are also playing a 2-day show in Charlottesville the weekend after my birthday so I know where I'll be that weekend.

Ooooh...GOOD LUCK! Rumour has it he's coming this way...we'll see (nope...just checked...NC is the closest).

My daughter (who is 4) and her cousin (who is also 4) sang "Cheeseburger in Paradise" at a talent contest at the campground last summer when everyone went camping in the Shenandoah Mountains. It was hilarious.
