Arielle was my teacher when I first started doing yoga and she was wonderfully attentive and patience. She's really into everyone being correctly positioned and aligned, so you never feel that you're left on your own, not really knowing if you're doing it right or not.

Her partner Ellen is an ex olympic swimmer and will give you a great work-out. That chick is STRONG!

Thanks for posting the article, Anna. As you said, Arielle is patient and encouraging, which makes her a wonderful teacher for anyone just starting out. She really knows her stuff, too, so I'm sure her masters' classes are great. Highly recommended!
