Sandos Caracol - resort map & info needed

Hello, does anyone have a resort map that they can scan and post?
Going in 13 days. Would like to know the best building to request a room. Are all the rooms redone? What is the best? We want a balcony...pool view maybe, the ones close to beach I see do not have balconies unless you have a suite.
Do you need to make reservations for a la carte? Doe men need pants for dinner?
Drinks? how's the wine? Can you get a manhatan or martini?
