Babe's celebrated it's second anniversary the other day and I think half of Playa caught a cold that night. The party was on Saturday night and got really raucous quickly with free drafts and punch. Ouch. This added to the lingering pain many were feeling after Thed (of La Rana Cansada) whipped up a batch of Swedish glögg and officially rang in the holiday. It's a complex bouquet and worth a try. Of course, Thed made it strong.

Babes is a great place to eat!! One of the best we have found in Playa. Try the Peach and Blueberry Daquaris...they are out of this world!!

hey james I am coming down to playa next week and was wondering where I could get some kiteboarding lessons and equipment. Also I am staying with my uncle and was wondering if you knew him. Charles Isbell or uncle Charlie. He lives in playacar next to the continental plaza.
