Sandos Caracol Phone & Fax # needed

Previous to the opening - I was in contact with Lindsay Van Dop-guest services manager - she was real good about getting back to me. Since the opening though-I haven't been able to reach her or the reservatons manager.
I found a phone & fax # online-52 984 873 44 44 and 52 984 873 44 46 - but an having no luck getting though today.
Does anyone else have contact info? My TA is useless....

I was also in frequent contact with Lindsay earlier this month. I emailed her early last week and she did finally answer me today with an apology that she has too many emails to go through. Keep trying, she will answer you eventually.
