Airport to Grand Xcaret transport....

When my children and I arrive in cancun, how will we know where to pick up our AI (Grand Xcaret) Transportation to the hotel at???? This is our first trip to PDC and we are looking very forward to it.........Just me and 3 ankle bitters!! *LOL*
I have never traveled outside the US by plane....and am not sure what to expect when we arrive in cancun!!!! Any advice is more than welcome.....thanks!

What tour operator is your trip booked with? Funjet, Apple, WorryFree -someone else????

All the tour operator reps are OUTSIDE of the airport terminal. You get off the plane, go through immigration, get your luggage, clear customs and then out you go! Once you exit the airport, you just have to locate the proper rep, give him (or her) your name and they will direct you to the proper transfer vehicle.

If you tell me who your trip is booked with, I'll tell you who to look for.

Our Trip is booked thru GoGo Worldwide Vacations (resortvacationstogo). I appreciate any help you have.......

Cant wait to get there!!!!

One thing to be carefull of (this almost caught us) was after we went through customes a man approached us and tried to take us to a stairwell saying our transportation was that way. Go get your luggage and your will see all the transportation groups outside the airport.

GoGO Vacations uses Olympus Tours as their transfer company. When you exit the airport, you'll be looking for a sign that says "GoGo Vacations" or possibly an Olympus rep. But I have seen the GoGo folks outside so there shouldn't be any issues finding them at all.
