Hi Tomas,
Do you have permission to work in Mexico, either temporary residency with permission to work or permanent residency? Without it, finding legal work is difficult. If you don't have it, you'll find very few places willing to provide you with the necessary paperwork (offer letter, other paperwork needed for immigration),although not impossible.

Your best option is time share sales in the large hotels. They will help you get your permission to work.

You should also check out the Expats & Locals in Playa del Carmen page on Facebook. Sometimes people post jobs that you don't require a work permission....working for a Canadian or American company remotely, for example.

If you want to work under the table, there are a million jobs out there but just be very, very careful. You will get deported when caught.
