We're still away about 4-6 years from a Condo, either PA or Playa, I'm leaning towards PA. I'd prefer a ocean side condo, or one of the smaller ones back in the inlet (on the map, lower right corner).
I hope the prices aren't too crazy by the time we can buy one.......
