Getting married at the Riu Tequila

Has anyone gotten married at the Riu Tequila? We are planning a wedding there for Jan 07 and we have about 30 guest coming. Some want to stay at the Playacar and some at the Yucatan. Are they all good or is one recommended over the other. We've chosen the Tequila because I hear it's the funnest....and we don't care about the walk to the beach. As long as we have a beer in hand.

And do you know anything about the wedding planner....Edith Dominguez?

Also, does anyone have any suggestion as to what is a good easy wedding favor for our guest? We thought about a wine cork screw opener with the date engraved on it, and a bottle of wine.......not sure how easy that is getting the wine.....and to know what is a good kind.
