Airport/Hotel Transfer
I know for a fact that Ib* Paraiso does not supply airport/hotel/airport transfers.
Indeed, it is the responsbility of your travel agent to provide you with the name of the company that will be waiting at the airport to pick you up. The airport driver will have your name on their list...you just need to find out the name of the company that is being used by your travel agent and then find that company representative at the airport. The reps will have a sign with the name of the company on it.
