Let's start a new Sandos Caracol Thread
OK - leaving in 3 days....
I hear the Sandos is improving each day. On trip advisor - all you read about is the sewage running throughout the buildings etc.-but not one photo is posted to varify this. There are also complaints about no hot water. I've been to 5 star resorts that had an issue with hot water-after a full day in the sun-then everyone is getting ready for dinner-I can see why hot water may be a problem. Toilets backing up-On my recent Royal Carribean cruise we had a problem with the toilet-what should I have done-jumped ship? If there is anyone out there that would like to share your positive experience for those who traveled recently-please share in this thread. Thank you! |

It's all good news from here on in. Off in to Oxford in a minute to get the last few bits for the holiday, lets hope the good weather continues out there as I have no intentions of taking any jumpers with me! |

Yo neighbour ...use the search facility Mcdonalds , burger king , Carlos n Charlies Any and or all of the Playa info tours ...you know it makes sense ! Tulum is a must for the beaches . I like Muyil for the ride in the boat across two lagunas and then a long float down a canal ..... so peacefull .www.muyil.com. A beer in the Aluxes bar in the ejido area of Playa...like cave diving without the water plus you have a cold beer in your hand ...a must for a first timer imho. Gallery Rafael in plaza Playacar for a painting by a nearly famous local artist ( her indoors ) Maybe Puerto Morelos on a sunday morning with a hangover ... |

Hi everyone,
Booking Chichen-itza on the 5th with info.playa and Coba (Mayan Encounter) on the 9th with Alltournative. Anyone interested? On the 7th will go to Xcaret and do the "reef snuba". It sound great: it's like snorkeling but 5 meters deep, as they have an oxigen tank on a boat over us... I'm starting to pack.. for 4 .... |
