Hurricanes have always affected numbers. Even considering the hurricanes we were expecting for 90,000 jobs to be created. We lost 33,000 jobs. And revised July numbers lower. Job creation in 2017 is lagging far behind 2016.

In coming months if jobs numbers improve do we credit the hurricanes for that job growth?
