Occidental Grande Flamenco -Sailing?

We are going down last week in Jan and are wondering if anyone can tell us if there is sailing or windsurfing availible at this resort? We have 2 travel brochures, one says there is and the other doesn't mention it.

They have a man made beach area, no wave or anything very calm. Kinda of like a lagoon, the only way to see the real ocean or look at the wave is by climbing a rockey area. That would not be safe thig to do. I was there in Dec 1st week. No wind surfing or sailing.
