It has been reported in most news outlets over the past few months - latest was Seymour Hersh - and he has been uncanny accurate in his in-depth reporting over the past decade or two. Administrations, Democrat and Republican have not like him for that reason.

So where is the film or tape of bush saying that? I can report that a B-50 bomber was flying over us all day...but I have proof.
