There are a number of rumors involving various ******t properties being separated now under different owners, usually involving one half of the (ex?) couple or the other, plus some associates. But I don't know.
$3M would seem a low price for the ******t, given word of sale prices approaching that for the old Albatros property and for the Alejari.
