NOT - that I have experience in this area, but...
What I underastand you're wanting is a LARGE amount of margaritias, good quality & maintain low cost (ok, so I've tended bar ...)
Get a CLEAN 5 gallon bucket.
frozen limeade - 12 oz ?
tequila
triple-sec
ice
fresh limes
(Rose's Lime is good also)
Fill bucket 1/2+ full of ice, add frozen limeade. Usually you make your limeade 4 +"cans" of water - instead split 2 cans water or lemon-lime soda & 2 cans tequila. Stir while mixing. Once the bucket is almost full - add triple-sec.
If your freezer is large enough, place the bucket in the freezer the night before the party. Since the alcohol will not freeze, it should be "slushy".
Slice the limes as garnish...
