I forget the name of the restaurant, but its down the street on 5th around the corner from McDonalds. Its the first on the left side with outdoor seating. They also have a upstairs area for dinning. They mix the quac with some tomatillo sauce. They even gave me the receipe which was nice. Hope you find the place, have fun.
